Hi, I’m Chelsea
Here's what you can expect from me: I'll tell you when a neighborhood isn't right for your lifestyle. I'll tell you when a price doesn't make sense. I'll tell you what I'd do if I were in your shoes — because that's exactly what I'd want from someone I trusted with a decision this big.
If that sounds like the kind of agent you've been looking for, let's talk.
How did all of this start?
I've lived in Seattle my whole life, and I'll be honest — I can't imagine it any other way.
I grew up here, am raising my daughter here, and have called more Seattle neighborhoods home than most people can name. Ballard, Wallingford, South Lake Union, — I know what it actually feels like to live in these places, not just what the listing descriptions say about them. That's a different kind of knowledge, and it's the kind that matters when you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life.
Before real estate, I spent years as a medical administrator and office manager — a job that was equal parts detail-obsessed and deeply human. I helped people navigate some of their hardest moments, and I learned that what people need most in those situations isn't a cheerleader. It's someone who will just tell them the truth. I carry that same instinct into every real estate transaction I'm part of.
I got into this work after my daughter was born and I stepped away from the burnout of healthcare. I wanted to keep doing meaningful work — helping people through big life transitions — but in a way that was sustainable. Real estate turned out to be a natural fit.
